Auditsure Ltd is the agency responsible for personal information collected through this website. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Please do not include unnecessary medical information, employee details, incident records or other sensitive personal information in the general enquiry form. John can arrange a more appropriate way to receive information if it is needed for an agreed service.

Information is used to respond to you, prepare scopes or quotations, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Auditsure does not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Website processing and storage

Enquiries submitted through the website are processed by our website hosting and technology service providers and stored in the website database so John can review and respond to them. Those providers process information on Auditsure's behalf. Access is limited to Auditsure and authorised service providers who need it to operate or support the website.

We retain enquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably required to respond, provide agreed services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.

Protection, access and correction

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information. You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information Auditsure holds about you.
