AUDITSURE SSSP READINESS CHECKLIST

Before preparing or reviewing an SSSP, confirm:

[ ] Project name, address, client and principal contractor
[ ] Scope of work and planned programme
[ ] Site layout, access, neighbours and public interfaces
[ ] Roles, responsibilities and overlapping PCBU arrangements
[ ] Project risk register and identified critical risks
[ ] Task plans, permits and specialist controls required
[ ] Emergency contacts, assembly point and response arrangements
[ ] Worker competency, licences and training evidence
[ ] Induction, toolbox and worker-consultation process
[ ] Subcontractor selection and coordination arrangements
[ ] Inspection, monitoring and corrective-action process
[ ] Incident reporting and change-management process

This checklist is a starting point and must be adapted to the actual project.
